Delivery

In the event of an order being sent in more than one dispatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer. Pyjamaland will strive to dispatch within 48 hours of ordering.

Returns

If you wish to get a refund, the garment must be returned to us:

Unworn, with tags still attached and in perfect, resaleable condition.

Within 7 days of the date on your Receipt/Invoice.

Postage to return garments to us for exchange or refund is your responsibility. Please use Royal Mail's 2nd class Recorded Signed For service or an alternate courier service that guarantees delivery.

Refunds are made to the card/account used to make the payment less the postage and packaging costs, which are non-refundable.

Sending garments back to us

We recommend you use Royal Mail's "2nd Class Recorded Signed For" service or another guaranteed courier service to return the items to us.

We recommend you get (at least) a certificate of posting or posting receipt (proof of posting) from a Post Office. A more secure option is to use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For service. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure items reach us. We cannot accept responsibility in the event of non-delivery back to us.
